Brooke and Sam Souhail's story began 18 years ago in an Italian restaurant where they first met. Their journey led them through various entrepreneurial ventures, including the success of Casablanca Cigar Bar in Asheville. Wilkes Coffee Company was the product of that dream, officially opening its doors in December 2025 and instantly capturing the community's heart. On opening day, they sold an astonishing 300 drinks, completely depleting their croissant stocks within hours!
